Look at this bright at colorful page. Love the painting and all the tiny details.

Winners sketch #156

Well Easter is officially done and everday life is back tomorrow. But it shows that spring is approaching fast. Surely not just me who is happy about it :-)
Over the winners :-)

It is all too rare to see a layout with black background. Look how cool it is and how well the colors pop out. I totally fell for this one  made by Cecilie. Beautiful lace napkin under which makes the colors appear even better.

See something so sweet. Truly a creative way to compose pictures. It provides a verycool effect. Beautiful, clean and lovely decoration around the images. Sophie has made this delicious Layout :-)

This is probably a situation all photo moms recognize themselves in. Kids who love to have fun in front of the camera. Every age has it's charm :-) Wonderful to see you play with different techniques and still I recognize your style. Beautiful layout made by Elisabeth.

Cecilie, send us your adress and the RAK will be sent to you :-)

Sketch # 157 and a new Selected scrapper!

We have a new "Selected Scrapper" for you this month. So happy and proud to have her with us for a periode of time, and cant wait to show you all her gergeous work of art.
And as you may noticed, we decided to change our SUS name to "Selected" incase our international readers kept wondering about our unlogic capital letters not making any sence :)

This week sketch is made by Nabon.

And then moving on to the headlines.
Our "Selected" this monts is well known by the most of us.
Proudly presenting to you:

I am a scrapper from the Phillipines, a wife and a mother of sweet girls Nicole and Cheska. I rarely plan my pages -I let a photo or a petterned paper inspire me and I take it from there. I love the shabby chic and romatic style, but I also enjoy working with both patterns and striking colors. I am an ink and paint type of person. I just have to get it a little messy to consider my page done. If I dont have ink and paint on hand, then I just tear little bits of elements and stick it randomly for the sheer fun of it.

I am fortunate to be designing for Webster`s Page, Basic Grey an Hambly Screen Prints. I was also named as one of the first two Prima Masters. I am also currently designiner Aussie Scrapsource and Dusty Attic and an endorced teacher for WOW embossing powders. My work can be seen in craft books as well as crafts magazines such as Creating Keepsakes.

I teach classes in Asia and soon in Europe.
I may be reach through iris_sparkup@yahoo.com

My name is Machiko Matsuura.

I live in Osaka, Japan and I am 29 years old. My family is, two sons, 2years, and 5 years old, and my husband, four people. I work as a nurse in a hospital. Sometimes I teach scrapbooking.
My hobbies are taking pictures by a single-lens reflex and creating scrapbooking. Both are very important for me because I can relax when I do my hobbies. I love to make scrapbooking talking to my friends.

The reason why I started scrapbooking is because I wanted to keep pictures of my sons with good conditions and wonderful design.

I always strive to create ones where my pictures can shine, so I like simple layouts.

Hugs Machiko!

Hi there, I'm Scarlett from the US. My hubbie, two kiddos, and I live in a rural area where we run a kennel business raising and training German Shepherds. When I'm not busy attending to chores or running here and there for my kids, I love to get down with paper, paste, and all things a bit messy.

I'm a whimsical, freestyle scrapper that delights in adding little details to make everything just so. I look forward to inspiring you and being inspired. xxx
